Whole products, not pieces. I've built and launched three of my own: multi-tenant e-commerce, hotel management software and a licensed desktop app — database, backend, frontend, payments and deployment.
Custom sites in React and PHP, or WordPress and Shopify when that's the right call. I've delivered 20+ of them for hospitals, schools, resorts, nonprofits and online stores — scoped, built and maintained.
Ten years of design behind the code — interfaces, wireframes, colour and type, plus photography, video and 3D. It's why the things I build don't look like they were made by someone who only writes backends.

A Shopify alternative built for Pakistan and other markets the big platforms treat as an afterthought. Merchants sign up, get their own storefront, and run products, orders, shipping and theming from one admin panel.
Hotel & resort management software — founder & sole builder
Hotel software for places where the internet gives up — Hunza, Skardu, Fairy Meadows. Rooms, restaurant and tuckshop all run from one desk on the PC the property already owns.
Platform for professional photographers — founder & sole builder
Client portals, gallery delivery, album proofing and a CRM in one place — plus a desktop album-design app that talks to the same cloud account.
